Enrolling in your Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

Your company stock plan can be an important benefit for you. Just follow these easy steps to open your Stock Plan Account and enroll in your plan.

1. Go to NetBenefits.com and select the Outside U.S. Employees tab to log in.

2. If you are a new NetBenefits user, you will need to complete the new user registrationand then log in.

3. From the Plan Summaryscreen, click Enroll.

If you have already openedyour account, you can skipto Step 9 to enroll.

4. Enter your personalinformation.

If you are not a U.S.citizen, enter your countryof citizenship.

7. You have opened your Stock Plan Account. Click Next to proceed.

8. Provide your tax information by clicking Continue and answer all the questions. It will take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.

5. Review and confirm your account and personal information. Click Confirm to continue.

6. Read the documents and select Yes if you agree to its electronic delivery. Then select Open Account to agree to the terms.

After you have opened your account, you may enroll in the ESPP.

9. From the Plan Summary screen, click the Enroll link.Screenshot is for illustrative purposes only.

10. Choose your Enrollment Elections by entering the payroll deduction that you would like to deduct from each paycheck.

11. Click Next to continue enrollment.

12. Review and submit your enrollment and elections. Review the payroll deduction information that you entered. Click Next to submit this information.

If the information is incorrect or you want to make changes, click Previous to return to the Enrollment Elections screen.

Once you have enrolled in the ESPP, you may visit NetBenefits.com to obtain your account balance, change your payroll deduction election, request the sale of shares, suspend contributions, or withdraw from the ESPP.
