The greatest learning occurs by example and by the experiences of others.

Ryan 2011 mentions that "Peer groups are an important influence

throughout one's life, but are more critical during the developmental

years of childhood and adolescence."

They need encouragement or examples of others to feel good.

That is why one must understand the fundamental role of teachers in the

creation of group activities that encourage conversation, leadership and

trust.

Although students feel more secure and confident, the

power exercised by the group, it can also be negative.

Create a culture where children

learn one to one.

Involve students

Think labels not miss anything and think about the objective

implications. As Rist argues "expectations teachers have for their

students can already generate in the early days of the school year and

then remain stable during the months to follow." "(Rist, 1970: 153).

Develop critical thinking to analyze the contexts and media

broadcasts.

Create partnerships between experts and young example den stimuli,

speak openly.

Conclusion

After completing the unit, I can use the expressions of our tutor, saying:

Peer work is important for children to entiedan their skills, learn aa negotiate a deal with hotilidad and

confidence to solve problems.

Addition. help acquire different socio emotional skills, self-confidence, leadership, teamwork, love of learning,

etc.

I create strategies to counteract the negative influences of peer work.

And best ...

I'll trabajr hard to say "I helped this child develop a positive personality.“

Thank you
