ABOUT US

HISTORY:

1982: Formation of the company Heinemann Me-dizintechnik. Development, production, distribution and maintenance of devices for the ENT doctor such as Stroboscopes for the diagnosis of the vocal cords, Ultrasound devices for sinuses, Electronystamographs and Air Stimulators for the diagnosis of the balance, Rhinomanometers for the measurement of the volume in the nose.

1990: New development of an ENT-diagnosis and treatment unit

1991: Start of the production in new premises

1995: FormationofthecompanyinMoscowwitharepresentativeoffice.Exhibitiononfairsof devices with lectures in Moscow, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Odessa

1996: First business with the Academy of Music in Kazan – Prof. Abdullin: ENT working place with the placement of the order for 8 concert grand pianos to Steinway & Sons, as well as an organ from Holland. The inauguration of the Academy of Music took place in spring 1996 with Boris Jelzin. Dedication to Heinemann Medizintechnik.

1997: Delivery of 3 ENT working places to the Bolshoi Theater. Head of department: Dr. Marianovski

1. TREATMENT UNITS

ENT treatment units MODULA

The name is the program: Modula treatment units are designed as a kit. Basic models and additional accessories can be individually combined and always updated. The Heinemann modulartechniqueoffersthepossibilitytodesignflexibleandindividualENTworkplaces.

The most important requirement for a long lasting product is a cabinet of high quality. All our MODULA models exactly meet these requirements.

The extreme high quality electrolytic, zinc plated steel cabinet is provided with an enamelfinishwiththefollowingadvantages:

• eco-friendliness• antibacterial properties• resistance against chemicals• high corrosion protection• high mechanical resistance (scratch, scrub and shock resistance)

Ouraimwastodevelopaunitwhichfulfilstherequirementsofeveryuser.Forthisreasonwedecided to design a modular construction. You can participate in creating the look on your unit by choosing the colours (RAL colour chart) of the different components.

MODULA DUO – convincing techno-logy – flexibility and optimal combi-nation of functional components and instrument storage.

The unit and the additional instrument cabinet are connected by a moveable arm. Possibility to adjust the position of the two elements. The endoscopy module in the middle can be equipped with up to 4 light sources, preheated quivers, disinfection quivers, mirror heaterandholderforfibroscopes.

The expressed sound of the patient is recorded through a smal airbone microfone(diameter10mm)whichisfixedeit-her on the endoscope or on the collar of the shirt of the patient.This sound is transferred to the device – as well as the fundamental frequency (fo) and the acou-stic pressure in dB (A).

In the device, the formation of the fundamen-tal frenquency follow without any delay by 440 Hz. By 120 Hz in less than 20 ms. The period oftheflashesisca.5ms.An excellent picture and exact edges are the re-sult of these values.

Possibility of synchronization by means of a solid borne sound microphone. In this case a light displacement of thelarynxcanhappenthroughthepressing.ThechoicebetweenXenonlampsforconstantlightandflashlightis a very economic solution. Light differences of the colour temperature can be compensated through colour filters.
