Select R-TFI

A. Select Reading Tiered Fidelity Inventory from the Fidelity section at the top right.

Elementary Schools: can access the Elementary-Level Edition Secondary Schools: can access the Secondary-Level Edition Joint Elementary/Secondary Schools: can access both editions

A.  Enter the date the R-TFI was completed. This field will default to the current date, so be sure to double check if you are not entering R-TFI scores during the actual administration.

A.  Click on the circle next to 2, 1, or 0 to select your score for each R-TFI item after the team has reached consensus.

A.  Click on the speech bubble icon to the right of the scoring options for each item. This will show a text field for entering notes. Click the icon again to hide the notes. Notes and scores will save when you click Save at the bottom of the data entry page.

A.  Click Save at the bottom of the data entry screen to save scores and notes. You can save scores and notes periodically while entering data.

A.  After selecting Reading Tiered Fidelity Inventory (R-TFI) from the main data entry menu, click Edit next to the scores you want to edit. This feature is helpful if you are saving scores periodically as you enter, or if you notice an error in data entry that needs to be fixed.

A.  After selecting Reading Tiered Fidelity Inventory (R-TFI) from the main data entry menu, select the type of information you want to appear on your report.

B.  Click Print.

View R-TFI Item/Notes Report

A.  Click on the disk icon and then select PDF. The report PDF will be saved in your computer downloads folder.

Scores from your 3 most recent administrations will appear in this report. Only the most recent notes will appear.
