The first step is to register a userid if you do not already have a valid userid for the portal.

After receiving the OTP on your mobile phone enter the OTP to confirm your phone number and on

validation of the OTP you will get to the following page where your user has been successfully

registered.

On the next page enter your user details and click submit.

On successful creation of your userid you will get the following success message.

Ensure from the “My Account->MyProfile” menu that the Ministry selected in your profile is set to

TELECOMMUNICATIONS. If it is not set it first , update and then logout and login again.

Now click the Home menu on the browser and choose the “Make your Payment” menu and then the

For illustrative purposes, we have selected Fee for shifting of location of Amateur station. The rest of

the fields populate automatically. Note that Fee amount is a static value and cannot be changed. It

will be static or dynamic depending on the ‘Payment Type’

Now make the payment using one of the available payment mechanisms.

If for any reason, your receipt is not generated or the transaction is stuck, you can always

view the status of the transaction by clicking on ‘Track your payments’ menu. This menu will

list the transaction with its status
