EFER Bologna Faculty Exchange Program

• Short exchanges: 1 week– Doesn’t require approval of Dean or Rector– Easier to fit into faculty work schedules– Relatively inexpensive to implement– Avoids family and other complications of longer exchanges

• Exchange among past EECPCL and EEC participants– Know/trust each other. Been through shared experience

together.– Quality: faculty have already been through screening process

and EFER has ongoing relationship with them.– Reciprocal hosting: jointly develop the exchange program within

the framework of our criteria.– Teaching and case study (real entrepreneurs/companies) focus
