What’s it about? This seminar provides MTEC master students with a rewarding learning opportunity in a live business setting: A real case on strategy, innovation and leadership in close collaboration with the top management of the world’s largest professional services network. What you can expect from us In your team, you’ll work on a specific assignment based on PwC’s strategy and growth areas. While gaining substantial insights into the structure, dynamics and challenges of a major professional services firm, you immerse into the strategic landscape of PwC. In this endeavour you’re coached and supported by MTEC faculty, namely Pius Baschera (Chair of Entrepreneurship), Stefano Brusoni (Chair of Technology and Innovation Management), Gudela Grote (Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology), Georg von Krogh (Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation) and Claude Siegenthaler (Course Coor- dinator, Hosei University/The St. Gallen MBA). What we expect from you You are an ambitious MTEC student inter- ested in leadership topics and don’t hesi- tate to go the extra mile. In teams you will work on cases based on selected strategic challenges. The recommendations you formulate in collaboration with members of the team, internal and external experts will be discussed on Partner and Director level and demand a deep understanding of our leadership culture and the PwC experience.
