1. Provide advice and direction to the EIP on the establishment of the Work Programme and priorities

2. Advise and assist the EIP on all activities to be carried out under the Work Programme;

3. Serve as forum for consensus on all aspects of Entrepreneurship Indicators development so that meaningful comparisons can be made across countries;

4. Organise and coordinate inputs by experts and consultants from OECD member countries;
