F: I get up at 4:30 in the morning.A: what time do you wake up in the morning?A: What time does your exercise routine start?

F: in morning, at 5:00.

And after your training , what do you do?For breakfast I like fruits , meat and lots of milk. I need to eat very well.

At what time and with whom do you eat breakfast ?

I eat breakfast at 10am and I share it with my wife

Alejandra, I work and I train until 6:30 in the afternoon. Then I go back home, to my beautiful family.

Alejandra, what do you do on weekends? And do you Love your job?

I go for a walk with my husband. I love my job and everything I do. Im very happy.

Did You know that I host a tv show, and which is your favorite part ?I like when you compare Men and Women.

I think that today there is time to be happy, enjoying everything. I think that you need to be happy at work and in life. The people think that he is a good football player... but they never think that you have good sense of humor. What do you think?
