IntroductionThe Enviro Bike Box is a transport case designed to be a light, highly durable and cost eective means of transporting your bicycle and cycling accessories. It’s an alternative to wasteful cardboard cases and extremely light in comparison.
The box itself consists of quality materials. The Twin Plastic Board material is waterproof, weighs 5-6kg for each box and is environmentally friendly. Simplicity and minimalism are just another benefit.
Enviro Bike Box has been running since 2007 and is made and distributed from Melbourne, Australia. It is patented in Australia & China, with patents pending in USA. We have been avid supporters of Cycling Australia since 2007 and our cases are a popular choice for professional cyclists in the community.
We pride ourselves on being eco-friendly. Not only are the parts reusable and can be replaced individually to prevent waste, but they are recyclable! Riding a bike is a great alternative for travelling to reduce your impact on the environment, and now our travel cases can ensure that your whole bike related travels are environmentally friendly.

Set-up Part 2 Securing your contents
Step 1
Deflate your wheels half way, this is not only for air-travel safety requirements, but it also allows the tyres to act as better shock-absorbers for the bike during transit.
Step 2
13
Prepare your bike by lowering the seat as far down as it will go. (For the 1.6m bike box, rotate handle bars 90 degrees so it is in a line with the body of the bike. This is the optimal position to fit your bike into this box).
If the distance between the top of your bike seat and the ground is in excess of 80cm, you will need to remove the seat.

Step 5
15
Peripherals and accessories can now be placed around the bike once it is secured. Additional items in the case may require additional means of securing.
Note: The Enviro Bike Box is designed to fit almost all bikes without adjustment, however if a bike is too wide to fit into the box, remove a pedal to allow extra room.

DIY ideas
The front wheel can be removed completely if the owner prefers, in this case a simple pool noodle can be used with a spare piece of plastic board through it to act as a protector for the front fork. It is an excellent shock-absorber and prevents any cosmetic damage that may occur during a turbulent travel.
Front Fork Protection
If any particular part needs replacing, we oer individual pieces for sale so you don’t have to buy the whole thing. However, if you would like to save some money or are handy with tools, the materials can be purchased from any general hardware store (such as Bunnings) and you can make them yourself with the measurements provided.
