CALIBRATION & ADJUSTMENT

FDM Service calibrates your unit according to our factory standard with the help of certified and calibrated measuring devices. For the first step, we determine and document deviations from the target values in a reliable and reproducible way. After identifying any deviations, we adjust your unit. In doing this, we eliminate the difference determined between the actual and target values.

WARRANTY EXTENSION

We know our product is strong enough to compete with time. Anyway, if you want a complete care action on your devices you can choose our Warranty Extension; two or three years. Continue relaxing, every problem will be fixed free of charge.

PACKAGING

We ship all over the world. Safe shipment is not an optional. You’ll need the right packaging for the right transportation. Three type of packing to fit different needs. Standard: device is covered by strong film. It is suggested only for small trips (near Italy). Cardboard: Styrofoam and cardboard. No dents on your device. Suggested for long on road shipments (within EU). Wood: the strongest protection. Solid protection with no compromises. Suggested for vessel/container shipment.

These ultra-freezers can promise extremely low temperatures, perfect for the cause of medical research and preservation.

Temperatures can range between -45˚C and can go as low as -86˚C.

It has a cascade compressor unit with an optio-nal temperature backup emergency system which kicks in when there’s a fault in the power supply.

This ultra-low freezer was designed with ecolo-gical sustainability in mind; It is in fact an HFC- type Ecological refrigerant, CFC and HCFC free. This ensures that it does not harm the environment we wish so much to protect.

Robust and precise oven for the thermal treatment; drying, heating, thermal testing, aging and similar purposes in forced air-flow environment up to 350°C. The FDM ovens are classic products for the thermal test laboratories, educational institutions, material test in general and industry.

The customer's need was to simulate an ideal, controlled, envi-ronment for keeping mice. In addition to temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and humidity range of 30 to 80 r.H. the chamber is equipped of white inside light mounted at front doors (5000 lux) dimmable 0-100% to reproduce the natural photo-period. Red LED inside light (ON/OFF) for a not disturbing inspection.

SHOCK FREEZER MODULE

The customer require a refrigerated chamber for implement ano-ther machine at their use. The machine is composed of 2 module: • refrigerated room.• power module.Both units are coated with different materials and insulated with polyurethane foam with a density of 42 kg / mc. The instruments are grouped on the side panel of the power module, inside which are also enclosed the electrical / electronic components.

CLIMATIC MODULE CHAMBER

The module chamber can be coupled and de-coupled to the press in a simple and fast way. Thanks to the installation of the chamber on rails. In this way, it will be enough to pull out the chamber’s axes and slide backwards the climatic structu-re. The project was born with the necessity of a customer, who was already in possession of a hydraulic press and wondered us if it was possible to create a climate coupled with it. So we managed to meet the customer’s economic / qualitative needs by creating a custom machine for unique and efficient testing.
