Environment setting for Web-EDI service usage
For all customers who use Web-EDI service,
※According to the setting, the case of pop-up block on some toolbars i.e. Anti-virus
software is set, circumstance which login screen or CSV file download dialog is not shown
may be occurred.
About internal system administrator, after normal environment setting for Web-EDI
service usage is carried out, please perform the following additional setting.

・Setting for pop-up block cancellation (Internet Explorer 11)
・Setting for displaying CSV file download dialog (Internet Explorer 11)
・Environment setting for Adobe Reader (Adobe Reader )

≪ Environment setting for Web-EDI service usage ≫
Perform the following setting.
■Internet Explorer setting
<The case of Internet Explorer 11>
Open Internet Explorer [Tools] - [Internet options].
① Click [General] tab - [Settings] button.

② Select [Every time I start Internet Explorer] and click [OK] button.
○3 Click [Privacy] tab - [Advanced] button.
④ Perform setting as below and click [OK] button.

Select [Override automatic cookie handling].
First-party Cookies: [Accept] ([Accept] on IE10)
Third-party Cookies: [Accept] ([Accept] on IE10)
Select [Always allow session cookies].
⑤ Click [Advanced] tab.
Perform setting as below and click [OK] button.

Cancel to select [Do not save encrypted pages to disk].
⑥ Open Internet Explorer [Tools] – [Compatibility View settings].
⑦ Input hitachi.ne.jp (or twx-21.com) into [Add this website] and press [Add] button.

Check hitachi.ne.jp (or twx-21.com) is added into [Websites you’ve added to
Compatibility View] and press [Close].
If this setting is carried out, it becomes effective from the next times.

① Open Internet Explorer [Tools] – [Internet options].
Pop-up block problem solving method
【Solving method】
Cancel pop-up block by specifying TWX-21 site URL
as below steps.

② Click [Privacy].

③ At the center of screen, [Pop-up Blocker] setting screen is shown.
④ Click [Settings] in [Pop-up Blocker]. The below screen is shown.

Add *.twx-21.hitachi.ne.jp (or twx-21.com) as [Address of website to allow].
Add *.twx-21.com as [Address of website to allow].
Become as below screen. Press [Close].
The setting finished.

Enable [Automatic prompting for file downloads] on IE internet
options setting.

② Click [Security].
③ Click [Custom level…].
④ Enable [Automatic prompting for file downloads].

If click [OK], below screen is shown.
After clicked [Yes], the setting finish.

■Adobe Reader setting (Common for all Adobe Reader versions)
① Open Adobe Reader [Edit] - [Preferences].
② Cancel to select [Internet] on Categories – [Display PDF in browser]
and click [OK] button.
Problem solving method for PDF screen is hidden in
back side of browser when printing label or statement of delivery

Cancel to select [Display PDF in browser] on Adobe Reader Preferences
