Our expertise in South Africa and 18 African countries has resulted in us undertaking EIAs for a very wide range of infrastructure projects, from ports to renewable energy. EOH CES has managed numerous large EIAs from pre-feasibility through to operational stage for both local and international clients in southern African countries. Some of these have been rigorously reviewed by parties such as the World Bank, European Investment Bank, International Finance Corporation, German Investment Bank (KFW), African Development Bank, and the Netherlands development bank (FMO). We have considerable experience in terrestrial, marine and freshwater ecology, the social impact assessment (SIA) process, state of environment reporting (SoER), integrated waste management plans (IWMPs), spatial development frameworks (SDFs), public participation as well as the management and co- ordination of all aspects of the EIA and strategic environmental assessment (SEA) processes.
