Church Archivist select, conserve, preserve and keep documents, photographs, sound recordings, vestments, religious artifacts and other records of enduring value as reliable memories of the Body of Christ’s past and they help people find and understand the information they seek in those records……

Each entry into the Archive receives a
management number that tells us
when it is received, under which
Bishop, kind of record, number of
donation for the year.

Conservation:
Each artifact requires a different set ofprocedures to maintain it for research.
Storage requirements may have to bemodified but we always remain as closeto the recognized storage standards ofeach kind of record or artifact.
