For the past two decades, System Three Resins has focused on providing the highest quality epoxy and urethane products to consumers worldwide. They have done extensive research on adhesives, coatings and compounds fomulating products to meet the needs of a wide variety of craftsmen from boat and airplane builders to furni-turemakers and woodworkers.

Resins

This is the workhorse of the System Three resins stable, fitting well into over 90% of all epoxy applications. Use a 2:1 mix ratio with any of three hardeners. Use at temps as low as 35º F with no limitations on humidity. Cures to a very tough, resilient, clear film. Combine with any of the three hardeners to provide a continu-ous range of cure times. Tensile strength 7500 PSI. 3-5 day cure time.

Pumps

This is 1/4 inch chopped fiberglass strand. Makes a very coarsestructural filler. Must use with a silica thickener to prevent sagging.

Also referred to as coloidal silica. Can be used alone for a very smooth, high strength mixture.

Used to thicken the mixture to make a glue. Excellent for making a gap filling adhesive.

Fine sawdust. Excellent for creating glues and structural fillets.

These bulking agents are hollow, purple-brown microscopic phenolic spheres. Low Density filler. Not recommended for gluing.

This is 1/4 inch chopped fiberglass strand. Makes a very coarsestructural filler. Must use with a silica thickener to prevent sagging.

Also referred to as coloidal silica. Can be used alone for a very smooth, high strength mixture.

Fine sawdust. Excellent for creating glues and structural fillets.
