The Equestrian Manor & Paradise Manor inventory is below market averages and we are starting to see some of the luxury properties sell much faster due to the lack of inventory. As we start 2012, prices should remain flat and perhaps

see a slight up-tick, the worst seems to be behind us. My average time on the market in the Orange Tree & Equestrian Manor area for 2011 is less than 30 days. Equestrian Manor had 3 sales in 2011 at an average square foot price of $213. One year ago in 2010 there were also 3 sales at an average square foot

price of $224. Paradise Manor recorded one sale in 2011 at $274 per square foot compared to 2010 which also recorded one sale at $210 per square foot.

The Equestrian Manor & Paradise Manor inventory is below market averages and we are starting to see some of the luxury properties sell much faster due to the lack of inventory. As we start 2012, prices should remain flat and perhaps

see a slight up-tick, the worst seems to be behind us. My average time on the market in the Orange Tree & Equestrian Manor area for 2011 is less than 30 days. Equestrian Manor had 3 sales in 2011 at an average square foot price of $213. One year ago in 2010 there were also 3 sales at an average square foot

price of $224. Paradise Manor recorded one sale in 2011 at $274 per square foot compared to 2010 which also recorded one sale at $210 per square foot.
