One-seat cab with double panes provides excellent equipment and working areas visibility irrespective of ambient air temperature. The cab is equipped with ventilation system and dependent and independent heaters and with a vibroprotective seat and sound-proofing lining. The controls meet ergonomic requirements and offer ease of operation and access.

Engine control is performed by the pedal to be fixed at chosen engine speed rotation. Gear and directional changes are performed by one multifunctional electrical control lever (joystick). Friction clutches and brakes are controlled by two levers. Emergency stop is achieved by pressing the brake penal. Blade and ripper control is performed by separate hydraulic joysticks. All controls are performed from the operator's seat providing fatigue-free operation throughout the working shift.

A planetary-type gearbox with oil operating, high capacity torque transmitting clutches 415 mm in diameter provides three forward gears and three reverse ones with gear shifting under load. The modulating system allows changing gears smoothly under load. Gear and travel direction change is performed by one lever. As per design the gearbox is connected with matching reducing gear and main drive forming a single power train unit mounted on rear axle bore. A three-element one-stage torque converter with efficient diameter of 410 mm, maximum transformation ratio Ko = 2.9 with pumps drive reduction gear is connected with the gearbox by means of spline coupling and mounted on the front wall of the rear axle. The torque converter is connected with the engine-mounted elastic clutch through drive line.
