Gramado can be reached by flights from several major Brazilian cities such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Brasilia, or from Buenos Aires and Montevideo via the Salgado Filho Airport (POA) in Porto Alegre (124 Km away from Gramado).

The main international connecting flights arrive at Guarulhos Airport (GRU) in São Paulo, Galeão Airport (GIG) in Rio de Janeiro or Brasília Airport (BSB).

From Oceania and Asia one alternative is a connection from Santiago, Chile (SCL) to São Paulo (GRU).

From Porto Alegre to Gramado, the maximum waiting time in the airport will be 1 hour.

The fare per person is R$ 120,00 (~ € 37,60) round trip

Preliminary schedule

We are planning a half-day meeting for the development of cooperative research projects among participants, plus a full day with already running cooperative projects.

During and before the conference, via the Web site, alternatives for international research support will be presented to the participants.

During the conference time and physical space will be allocated to allow the organization of cooperative research groups.
