HOW TO APPLY?

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate & Master students

TOEFL score (550-570 minimum)

• PhD, Post Doctorate & Staff

Host or supervisor’s acceptance letter

Online Application System includes:

–available study places and academic positions at each EU partner university;

–prerequisites and specific requirements for applying;

–application form to be filled in and submitted electronically.

Application Documents

• Passport or National Identity Document• Academic Certification (Diplomas, transcripts with grades, etc)• Motivation letter• Language certification (check the specific requirements of the

chosen course/University)• Forwarding Letter (TG1 Master)• Work Plan proposal (Doctorate, Post Doc, Staff)• Proof of registration (TG1 only)• Statement of Commitment• Current CV• Letter of recommendation (TG2 only)

The applicant will have to follow three steps:

Step 1: Registration of an account (valid email address)

Step 2: Application - After 5 minutes reception on the account a personal link to the application form. Submission of personal data

Step 3: Upload - Confirmation that the application has been received. Link to a personal upload page. Upload of all required documents.
