• Elevate the height of the box.
• Closer to machine to avoid leaning and slouching.
• Improve the chair height to comfortable spot to limit amount of bending
Washing

Recommendations
• Take more breaks
• Possibly sit at moments.
• Decrease the amount of twisting
• Elevate the Washer and Dryer to comfortable height
