My recent experience includes several years of working as a Business Operation Analyst, in a multinational IT Solutions environment. During this time, I have supported the organization in many different areas, including finance, operational processes & policies and HR. As a Business operation Analyst my main responsibilities had been: Sales Support Team (Pre-sales) in the realization of service offerings from a financial point of view (Quoting & Forecast) Work with the project management team (Projects Managers) to ensure the smooth running of all projects being conducted. Accessory to Management level in making business decisions. Development of Forecast of revenue & margin; reporting, etc. I had participated on the process of implementing a new management software tool throughout the company (SAP implementation); initially to help test the system functionality, quickly progressing to the role of a Super User assisting others in the transition. To add more, working on HR department, I was in charge of Welcoming & Integration Program and also had been involved on coaching assistance. I personally believe that the experience and knowledge gained to date in my career would enable me to be successful in a wide range of roles in a financial environment.
