Created ApexOutcomes when ActiveForever was sold because the new ownership retained Feinberg as a consultant. ApexOutcomes is currently serving multiple experienced corporate “C’s” in establishing most effective business growth strategies (re-invigorating), (re-inventing) crafting multi-channel articulations/sales presentations, creating tools and workshop curriculum, teaching interactive workshops, and public speaking. The consulting business has taken on a life of its own, and is being run by my E&I supervisor at ASU. My preference is to take on a FTE role in a CMO. ActiveForever – Scottsdale, Arizona: CEO and Chief Outcomes Officer 2004 – July 2014 (100% stock sale of the entire business; including the commercial real estate. ActiveForever was comprised of one of the highest ranked ecommerce businesses in the country, an extremely successful educational print product catalog, retail stores, inbound customer service, CE education services, warehouse/distribution services business units.). The company was run like a living M.B.A., and became a marketing/sales services business to strategic partners and its suppliers, due to its operational efficiencies, its innovative spirit, and its success as a wholesaler and retailer of devices and supplies.

On the surface, the company appeared to be a retailer of devices and consumer medical products, yet it evolved into being a full-service sales and high-integrity lead generation services agency to its suppliers and sponsors/complementary strategic partners such as drug companies, surgical parts companies, and medical content distributors. The company also actively improved patient care processes and outcomes.

Under Feinberg’s leadership, the company became one of the most respected multi-channel sources of equipment, supplies and device innovations to the medical, OSHA, safety, corporate, travel and athletics markets. The company’s mission, very uniquely, has been infusing creativity and alternative solutions for the improvement of care outcomes, performance and quality of life, for care providers, athletes, patients, and those who care about staying active in his/her life.

Feinberg immediately re-planned and re-branded every aspect and every channel of the business; retail, print catalog, eCommerce, logistics service center, and call center approach.

The company dominated the ‘cash-pay’ marketplace, nationally; serving over 8,000+ extremely stressed and particular customer/month, and often serving vital (life or death) types of needs.

The supply chain grew to over 750 suppliers; applying a new win-win industry partnership model. The company grew as fast as 200,000% and served more than 1 million loyal B2B and B2C

customers, and managed a very large and complex accounting department and P&L with success. The double-opt in email list grew to just under ½ million loyal and responsive recipients. The company generated over $90 million in revenues, quite efficiently, through 2014 as a direct

effect of Feinberg’s efforts, and experienced close to zero turnover, (aside from employees leaving to attend Law School and Business School!).

The website, and overall web presence, including its social media, has changed notably under the new ownership, yet under Feinberg’s leadership, the eCommerce website, and social media presence, was one of the top naturally ranked in the country despite a very crowded marketplace, and also served approximately 750,000+ visitors/month. (Defined and overachieved all KPI’s)

Raised sponsorship dollars, which transformed all marketing costs into profit centers. This was accomplished in a turnkey fashion by leveraging effective value props/presentations/articulations.

a higher end, retainer-based division of their otherwise contingency, staff level recruiting firm. (The founder, Chuck Pearson, passed away from lung cancer. I broke off on my own, and started Incite Partners.)

executives who were mentoring and building business units and repairing failing businesses on retainer in the technology industry; based in the heart of Boston area’s “128 tech corridor”.
