INGREDIENTS:Sugar.Potato.Pumpkin.Peeled almonds.Pine nuts.Egg.Tabespoon cinnamon.Zest of lemon.
500G SUGAR
1kg POTATO
MEDIUM PUMPKIN
125g PEELED ALMONDS
50g GROUND ALMONDS
50g PINE NUTS
ONE EGG
ONE TABLESPOON CINNAMON
ZEST OF ONE LEMON
PREPARATION
Boil the sweet potato for 40 minutes, peel and leave it in a cloth bag for the water to drain.

Roast the pumkin for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
Mix pumpkin, sweet potato, sugar, egg, ground almonds an lemon zest. When dough is smooth, we will put in a pot to decorate with almons and pine nuts. Below we will put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
