Customer Profile Customer Needs Project Details The Goal Replace the existing manual PLM to ERP adapter The client required an integration that included Items, BOMs, Changes, into the Product Data Hub and Configurator. They also required a bi-directional interface that would allow information (Cost, Quantity on Hand, Lead time, etc.) to pass from Oracle EBS back to Oracle Agile (Agile). At a future phase, the manufacturer will bring quality data back into Agile. Solution Profile iLink provided the manufacturer with seamless integration between Agile PLM and Oracle EBS. Items, BOMs, Manufacturer, and Change Order information can be transferred to the ERP system. In addition, item data can be passed back to Agile PLM from EBS. For true Enterprise Quality Management (EQM), quality incidents can also be transferred to Agile PLM, where root cause analysis and resulting product changes can occur.
