INDEPENDENCE DAYOn August 15th, Mims Espacio celebrated Independence day with it’s fellow residents. Flag hoisting was followed with musical recitals all as well as instrument playing by the children of the complex.

BOREWELL PUMPThe borewell pump fix suffered an electrical line cut which was fixed easily. A suggested recommendation is to maintain a back up pump in cases where extended maintenance will be required.

DIESEL GENERATOR DOORThe DG Door hinge was fixed.

STP PUMPThe submersible STP pump burnt out and a new one was installed.

DG ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTA new AMC was signed at a lower rate for the DG.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERSTwo additional Fire extinguishers have been added to the facility. Two more are being considered

FINGER PRINT ATTENDANCE SYSTEMA attendance system using fingerprint authentication for permanent staff is being added to the guard room, gratis, and is undergoing testing.

NEW STAFF RESTROOM FACILITIESA restroom was built for Espacio staff to the right of the drive way entrance. All visiting and permanent staff are expected to use the new facility.

LANDSCAPINGOld vegetation was removed and new plants have been added. Please welcome the new Ficus and Cypress trees to the complex.

SECURITY CAMERASSecurity video monitor is being moved from the Gym to the guard house to facilitate better threat awareness.

PARTY HALL, LOUNGE, AND GYM REMODELING

The club facilities at Espacio are all being remodeled. Resident and owner forbearance is highly appreciated during the remodeling.

WATER PROOFINGParty hall, Party hall terrace and verandah were waterproofed.

GARAGE SAFETY FEATURESAddi t iona l sa f e ty f ea ture s in the underground parking facilities are being researched and quotes have been requested from various vendors.
