The relevant cusp should signify one or more out of the 3 or 4 appropriate houses in any way thru Star-lord of that cuspal sub-lord &it shd also be validated by Sub-lord of that cuspal-sub-lord(CSBL) & NOT negated by such Sub-Lord of that CSBL, for that matter to be promised, as part of destiny. Fructification of such destiny occurs in conjoined period of appropriate Dasa-Bhukti-Antra-period, which should again be signifying the relevant 3-Bhava, or 4-Bhava package, again thru their STLs, and again validated by their SBLs...! If more than a couple of caveats(exceptions to the rules of signification), apply then the effect of that planet itself-(meaning house occupied/houses owned& Grah-tatva of that planet itself) wd be more re: results too, than merely the effects/results of STL/SBL of that planet.. Also rules of significations are different for the 2 Nodes compared to the 7 Tara-planets.!. But rules of significations are very SAME for all planets& so for both CSBLs/CSSBLs, the prescribers, and also Dasa-Bhukti-Antra Lords, the dispensers..!. Each & every one of the 9 planets wd have a different 3-D or 4-D-package,& depending on that particular 3/4 Bhava package results wd be felt.! Hence when CSBL/ CSSBL of every Cusp changes, its 3-D/4-D package (3/4 Bhava package), wd automatically be different& hence destiny wd change.!- Very rarely one may have one or more of CSBLs giving or yielding EXCLUSIVE good results alone, to the exclusion of any bad Bhava for that matter, because very rarely a planet wd signify only such 4 favorable Bhavas alone, without even one outof these 4 Bhavas being undesirable for that matter/for that CSBL.! And of course viceversa.! When such is the case for every CSBL., it is even more rare to come across a chart, where in, all 12 CSBLs signify exclusively good& desirable Bhavas alone in their respective 4-Bhava packages or conversely all 12 CSBLs signifying undesirable Bhavas alone.!.! That is why out of 25,000 persons having very SAME D-1, only very few are extremely lucky in ALL matters-(meaning re: ALL 12 CSBLS),& conversely very few are, extremely unlucky in ALL matters(meaning re: all 12 CSBLs).! As per KP,every planets tatva, effect, changes depending on the Bhava occupied by it.. Also per KP, a planet shd be classified as benefic or malefic, reg results to be expected, neither based on which Bhava Lord it is, nor based on if it is a natural benefic or natural malefic, as is done per tradition, but mainly based on which Bhavas it signifies-essentially meaning houses occupied/owned by its STL/SBL,& their Grahatatva, especially Graha-tatva of its STL.. Further per KP., NO single Bhava is good & conversely NO single Bhava is bad; It is always a package of 3 Bhavas, whis is good or bad.!. In addition the same Bhava or the same 3-Bhava package, good for one matter or for one particular CSBL, can be bad for another matter&for another CSBL.!. For example, 3rdBhava-signification is good for travel,transfer,communication,etc, but bad for educational success& for 4th CSBL. Similarly 4th Bhava signification is good for 4th/9th CSBLs, is bad 5th CSBL, re progeny/love affair.! Similarly 6th Bhava signification, often good for 5th CSBL, is bad for both 6thCSBL & 7th CSBL.!.
