History:

The company was solely an entrepreneur's aspiration from 2011 to provide a reliable source of original engineering equipments and parts which has no local presence and support. Oversea manufacturers sees us as a bridge to “connect” with their customers in Singapore and today, our sales network covers Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Philippines.

In the same year, it has also initiated Service Liberalization Program, an idea of co-opetition which the company is continuously introducing its value to the market.

To provide one stop service to its customers and fulfil the obligation to all partners, it expands its service network through collaborating with reliable local workshops to meet requirement of overhaul services and repairs of various rotating mechanical equipments and electrical motors.

In January 2014, the company took a new name Est Mech Pte Ltd as a platform to provide project's facilitating services. By the beginning of 2015, the company has collabrated with various oversea products manufacturers to grow their local presence through its strong sales networks in Asia as their project's facilitator and/or their exclusive marketing partner for Asia region for wide product ranges from Pumps, Gearboxes & Gear-motors, Blowers, Fans, Mixers & Agitators, valves and etc.

Today, the company continues their daily operation with its obligation to grow the market shares for its partners.

SAER mining industry pumps are built for extended operation in the toughestenvironments. They are suitable for undergrounddewatering, water treatment, dust suppression,processing, water transfer, drainage etc. and areconstructed from corrosion-resistant Duplex or AISI 316 Stainless Steel or Bronze Marine as appropriate – and all styles can be customized tosuit your exact application.

SAER pumps are not afraid of rocks, mine debris or detritus from pits and wells.

Applications (Submersible pumps range):- DRAINAGE. Multi-blade impeller for light water. Applications: rainwater, surface irrigation.- VORTEX. Vortex impeller suitable for pumping liquids containinglarge solids and/or fi brous materials. Applications: urban seweragesystems, animal breeding plants.- SAND VORTEX. mpeller in Polyurethane with a stainless steel core.Applications in plants with an high sand presence, in marble workcompanies, in the ceramic industry, crystals machining or industrialprocesses where there’s presence of abrasives liquids.- SINGLE CHANNEL. Single channel impeller, for liquids containingfi brous materials and/or suspended solids. Applications: purifi cationplants, tanneries, animal breeding plants.- HIGH PERFORMANCE. Multi-channel open rotor with high hydrauliceffi ciency, with selfcleaning blade profi le which, through a specialadjustable suction fl ange with grooves, allows the expulsion of solidsand also fi brous.- WITH CHANNELS. Closed multi-channel impeller, for clean liquidspumping or slightly laden liquids in handling absence of fi lamentousmaterials. Applications: large drainage systems, purifi cation plants(e.g. airport).- GRINDER. Multi-blade suction impeller with grinding group instainless steel AISI 420, particularly suitable as a grinder for paper ortextile materials. Applications: clearance of waste waters originatingfrom service stations, residential communities, camping sites, etc.- OPEN DOUBLE CHANNEL. Impellers are equipped of a special grindersystem and are projected for waters and mud coming from agriculturaldrainages.

The Faggiolati Pumps SpA, is certified ISO:9001 andISO:14001 works in the national and internationalfield.It is specialized in designing and manufacturing submersible electric pumps, mixers andaerators with metallurgies that go from thelamellar graphite cast-iron to the austenitic 316st. steel, Duplex, Hastelloy alloy up to the Bronzeand its alloys. All its metallurgies are certified and of Italian origin.

The available hydraulic versions are: Drainage,Grinder, Single-Channel, Vortex and highefficiency Multi-channel.Electric motors are all in Premium Efficiency IE3class and, up to powers of 50 kW, are certifiedaccording to anti explosion legislation ATEX.We are currently completing certifi cation UL/CSA(USA Canada).

The product range has different models available in a variety of versions,from 0.5 kW to 350 kW, 2-4-6-8-10-12 poles.For proper system operation and reduced energy consumption, it is agood idea to choose the type of hydraulics that best suit the specifi c use.

ARIAL JET Arial jet are frequently used in waste water treatment plants, specially during homogenisation and equalisation, pre-airing stages, biological oxidation stages, oxidation-nitrification stages, sludge stabilisation and post-airing stages.

OSSI JETOssi jet are mainly used for oxidation, CO2 neutralisation, sludge re-using, ozonisation/mixing and foam reduction.

Service Liberalization Program

A Co-opetition approach, a concept whereby companies compete and cooperate at the same time, to achieve greater gains in the market (by Adam M. Brandenburger and Barry J. Nalebuff ,Co-opetition (New York: Doubleday, 1996).

To push forward SLP, companies need to challenge the existing assumptions that old rules made the business grows; which unknowingly burden the business moving forward. SLP encourage openness of market in service industry, inspire a change of perceptions to accept the new norm.

Introduction:Service Liberalization Program (SLP) is an initiative to liberalise the service and repair industry to allow better workmanship in support of the plant’s equipments. This aims to increase the reliability of equipment by raising the level of industry technical knowledge through greater opportunity of experience and exposure of different engineering OEM products.

Similar to the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between countries, SLP is at industry level between the original equipment manufacturers. As fabricated parts becoming more common, original replacement parts with proprietary design clearances must be maintained, thus the emphasis of this SLP is to promote the use of original designed parts, especially in the highly engineered heavy equipments.

The program encourage that supply of original spare parts must always come with letter of compliance from original equipment manufacturer. (OEM parts here means direct supplied parts, proprietary to parts’ manufacturer or original equipment supplier).

SLP channel provide support in supply from and facilitate communication with OEM at a flat rate as admin charge between members and it ensures each member follow strictly the conditions under SLP so to achieve greater reliability of equipments.
