NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Lehman Township Board of Supervisors will consider and vote upon the adoption of an Ordinance amending the Leh-man Township Non-Uniformed Employee Pension Plan, as Amended and Restated, to pro-vide for the making of an em-ployer contribution as the same is described in such Amended and Restated Plan at a rate of seven and one-half (7.5) percent. Effective January 1, 2017, during the Board’s Special meeting to be held on December 21, 2017 at 11 a.m. prevailing time, at the Lehman Township Municipal Building, 1183 Old 115, Dallas (Lehman Township), PA 18612.

Briefly summarized, the pro-posed Ordinance would direct the Township to make employer contributions into the Lehman Township Non-Uniformed Em-

ployee Pension Plan at the rate of seven and one-half (7.5%) percent and would make such rate of payment effective as of January 1, 2017, in place of the contribution rate in effect imme-diately prior to that date.

A copy of the proposed Ordi-nance may be examined in the Office of the Lehman Township Secretary, Lehman Township Municipal Building, 1183 Old 115, Dallas (Lehman Township), PA 18612, during normal busi-ness hours.
