1. Project Background
• ASEAN SME Agencies Working Group (ASEAN SMEWG) has foreseen the importance of establishment of an integrated online ASEAN SME Service Center. The project is a part of ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint (AEC Blueprint), which must be accomplished by 2015. ASEAN SMEWG has assigned the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion of Thailand to be project proponent.
• This project is endorsed by all 10 SME Agencies in ASEAN
