Junior Cole Hughes tacked on a two-run sin- gle as the Hawks rebounded from a loss to No. 3 Louisville Eastern on Sunday. “It was a good win, (especially) to be behind that long,” said LaRue County coach Chris Price. “It was nice to see our kids fight back in the sixth.” Senior Slade Owens struck out nine and picked up his third win of the season.
