2. Estates Division – Carbon Management Programme - RE:FIT

• BOUYGUES was appointed to develop and implement energy saving measures to 11 buildings. 

• Works planned to start in August 2014 to finished in March 2015

      Key figures:• Total project cost: 

£1,987,372• Projected energy 

savings:  3,095,308 kWh per annum, i.e. 11% reduction against AY 2011-12

• Projected financial benefits: £255,890 per annum

• Simple payback: 7 years

• Maintenance: reactive and planned maintenance      of current facilities• Cleaning: daily cleaning and bin collection• Ancillary FM Services: blinds/windows/pest control• Sustainability: carbon reduction/waste management• Security: crime reporting, access, emergencies• Post Room: delivery of internal/external mail• Portering: removal/relocation of heavy items & 

confidential waste
