WELCOME Welcome to Youth Frontiers’ seventh-annual Ethical Leadership Luncheon! This event is an opportunity for each of us, as community leaders, to reflect on the importance of modeling and instilling ethical leadership in today’s youth. It’s also a chance for us to step back from the daily fray and think about how we, as adults, display character and live out our purpose.

A special thank you to our sponsors for making this event possible. Because of their support, Youth Frontiers will reach an additional 17,000 students and educators this school year. We’d also like to thank our keynote speaker, Richard Leider, for sharing his words of wisdom and his time with us.

We are grateful for your presence here today. Your commitment to Youth Frontiers’ mission and the character of the next generation matters. Thank you for your support.

Youth Frontiers is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that partners with schools to build positive communities where students thrive socially, emotionally and academically. We lead one-day retreats that are a catalyst for positive, school-wide shifts in culture. Our retreats challenge and empower students to stand up for respect, act with moral courage and show a sense of personal responsibility.

Since our beginning in 1987, we have impacted more than 1.5 million students and educators across the Midwest. For more information about our work, visit youthfrontiers.org today.
