PERSONAL Q&A

Who are you???

What would you label as your Strength and Weakness???

Explaining the answer for this question is not as easy as the movie..."WHO AM I...I'M SPIDER MAN".... This is a real life drama. It is not a simple task to define who I am and live as it is. This is why it has been a head ache for me to figure out the answer for this question for years. But one day I found my answer. I realized that who I am is temporary, who I am is defined by the responses I've for the situations I face. And those memorable moments in life teaches me who I am. And now I can say that I'm the man who thinks of the advantages out of the problems he face instead of suffering from them. I am the man who can understand people the way they are and accept them no matter what their color or race is. I am also the man whose emotion for humanity and nature grows day by day/day after day. But still I cannot specify who I am with this because I am a sophisticated being who has the courage and ability to change himself, the society, the environment and the world, who is willing to be a great follower but now who is eager to lead the eagles to let them soar as the ultimate one.

STRENGTH- I believe in myself- I'm positive thinker/optimistic- I'm open minded- I'm a good learner- I can manage crisis easily

WEAKNESS- I have an anger management issues- I trust people very much in a way that can hurt me- I lose myself for things I believe in

Don't judge me by my success, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again. NELSON MANDELA

Even if I was not that good in a team work, AIESEC teaches me how to be a great team player. And now I'm almost excellent to work in a team. I can say that I'm a very good team player. When I'm in a team I even try to get the team members (team mates) as my family. I try to be an understand them and I would also try to be an understandable person. Finally I believe that to have an excellent team you have to be as much connected as possible with the team mates, even get close to them as if you are more than family so that you become one.

AIESEC XP’

LEARNINGSPOSITIONS CONTRIBUTION

Bar camp Ethiopia, 2013/14 (volunteer)

Being an OC on this conference helped the Hawassa team to makethe conference the best it can be. We even achieved the best conferenceaward.

Even if it was my first team experiencein AIESEC we tried to organise an event. And we even try to incorporate our interns back then.

I was able to lead a team which triednew things in the perspective of branding our LC. We even organizedan event.

I learned how to write an event proposal, sales event organisation process and skills.

I was volunteering on the eventas an oc/delegates servicing and logistics. I had a high rate performance as a newbie.

It gives me a glimpse of whatI can do. I learned how beingpart of an OC looks like.

OC teamster on kick off conference, Hawassa, 2013/14

This experience teaches me a lot. It was even my very first time toorganise an event outside Addis. I met new people and it developedmy team playing skill.

Team leader in TM (X+L)

LCVP MAC

Event coordinatorHelped my team to organize an impact showcase event which was verysignificant.

Figured out what I capable of doing.Understood that team work and ownership are the basic frames of anLC.

What has been your main achievement and failure in AIESEC in the past?

List the Local/National/International conferences you have attended.

Describe how your AIESEC journey impacted you as an individual?

AIESEC XP’

One of my biggest achievements in my AIESEC XP' is my development in different perspectives (i.e. AIESEC knowledge, soft skills, hard skills, team playing skills, increased my leadership quality). And this helped me to apply for LCP position to take my LC and EY to the next level.

Another achievement II can mention is the impact showcase event we organized in the term 14/15. The event was organized with almost all of newbies. And I realized that AIESEC is not only empowering yourself but also empowering others. The event also keeps our relation with our stake holders (like EiABC, MHO and our parents) in good hands.

My third mentionable achievement I've is the kick off conference 13/14. That experience was the first OC experience I had and it showed me a lot about myself and how I can or how I've to do things in a planned way….I've lots of achievements to talk/write about like my LCVP MAC application I did but I would rather prefer to control myself from boring you by reading pages of my achievements.

***Glimpse experiential learning seminar(twice)…….2013,2014*** Bar camp Ethiopia……..2013*** Innovation café………..2013*** Kick off conference, Hawassa……..2014*** National planning conference, AASTU…….2014*** Pioneers conference, Tanzania; Arusha………2014*** International week…….2014*** Fired up conference, Mekelle………2015

My personal journey with AIESEC started the day I saw the recruitment poster posted in our campus. That moment something told me that it wouldn't hurt me to join this organization. That was the moment I shared my idea to join to my friend and stepped the first bold step of my life.

After that I believe every experience in AIESEC teaches me something I didn't know or realize. Even filling up the recruitment form was a challenge for me, it was very hard to identify my strength and weaknesses back then. And afterwards each and every experience in AIESEC was life changing. Every step in the journey showed me who I am and what I'm capable of. It even gives me my purpose of life. It was in an AIESEC conference that i asked myself what the value of my existence in this world is. And the most incredible thing is that it takes me a while (couple of months) to get my answer and finally AIESEC gives me my answer. And now I can say I'm a full man; a man who knows the purpose for his life, a man with a vision for himself, his country, the world, his great LC, and the mag-nificent organization he is in. So for all this reasons I'm proud to say that AIESEC IS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME IN MY LIFE.

What is AIESEC to you? Why did you decide to run for EB/LCP of AIESEC EIABC? And What are the qualities that you have that are required for this specific role & what makes you best suited for this role?

What is your vision as a person? And how is EB/LCP experience align with it?

GENERAL Q&A

It is mind blowing to think what AIESEC is to me. AIESEC is the best thing that ever happened to me in my life. It is my tool to build my vision, the best future for me the community and the whole world, to reality. AIESEC is the place where I found my family, it is a place of freedom, change and positivity. A place where I can develop myself and others. Finally I can surely say AIESEC is where I found my purpose of life. And for all of these I really owe my LC (EiABC) and my entity AIESEC in Ethiopia the best of what I can do. That is why I'm running to be an LCP, it is because I believe that its I who is responsible to develop and take this LC/Entity to the next level. it is because that I believe leadership (being an LCP) is not a privilege but a responsibility and for me this is the time to take this responsibility and act on it. Take the LC/Entity out from whatev-er deep problems they are in.

Even though I've a good personal behavior, AIESEC makes me the best version of myself every day and each day. Every new day in AIESEC means new life lesson for me. I knew it would bring something to learn. And this process made me develop new positive and great behaviors. For exam-ple we can mention my "balancing behavior", this helps me to accept different/contradicting/ opinions or ideas and convert them to useful prod-ucts using both ideas. Besides this behavior I can say that I'm a committed, friendly, communicative listener who can accept both ideas and criti-cisms positively. and these qualities of me adding up with my vision and dream I have for my LC/ Entity makes me the best candidate for this role.

Personally I envision for this world to be the best place it could be, to live. A problem free world with no war and poverty, where everyone lives and benefits equally, no racism and violence. generally a place where humanity rules. In which case Ethiopia would be part of the whole world as a result of people's global mindset. And for me being an LCP means :- 1- The best experience of being a president so that I can develop myself and all my members. 2- The first bold step/stepping stone/ for me to be the president of ETHIOPIA as a country. 3- A very big responsibility for me to inspire and influence the youth (LC members/AIESECers of Ethiopia) 4- Another very big responsibility for me to impact the world, starting from my team, the youth, the society... The overall power of all these things will help me to fulfill my vision.

Who is your role model and why?

What are your three most substantial personal accomplishments (non-AIESEC), and why do you view them as such?

GENERAL Q&A

in my whole life there are these two people that I couldn`t get out of my mind, Mahatma Gandhi and Mother Teresa. they both have sacrificed their whole life for humanity, equality of the human race to make the earth a better place to live. Gandhi is, I can say, the world's best leader. He lets the spot light to shine on others. He influenced all his type peacefully and let them do what's right for the whole Indian people. And Mother India , she is a heart touching person for me. when anything against humanity happens or whenever I`ve hard decisions too make on the street, it remind of her, i always say what if those kind of person were here now, all over the world? I know one I will take their role and lead the whole world towards humanity. just like they did. I know one day I`ll be the one who sacrifices his life for humanity. And those two people are worth to be my role models.

I was a boy who is careless about his activities and how they affect the globe. it is possible to say that i was one of the world destructive boys when it comes to environmental health. I used to litter everything that seems useless to me, and I didn`t mind about it. But one day I realized that I`ve to contribute whatever I can for the well being of mother EARTH. Then I started from smallest step. I tried to avoid that carelessness of me towards nature & environment. But it was hard it was not easy to stop littering things around. It was very difficult for me to get rid of that bad habit of mine. But step by step after lots and lots of suffering I stopped it. and now I am a man who cares about the environment and nature more than anyone alive. And I have observed that I can even influence others to care about mother EARTH. This I can say is my best accomplish-ment of all times. ** The second accomplishment I can mention is my freshman year second semester architectural design final jury. I`ve done my best to make that presentation the best. And the outcome was an expected. It was the moment I realized that I`m capable of doing anything.** My third accomplishment in my life is the last day of the governmental training camp on 2014(2006) summer of Ethiopia. It is not the end of the training that I`m saying is an accomplishment, But that night my friends accepted my idea to feed the homeless people on the street. And that, I can say, was the happiest moment of my life. These three accomplishments of mine showed me that I can make the impossible possible, that I can do anything that I believe in, that I`m influ-ential and responsible person. so I am always mentioning them as my top 3 non AIESEC substantial accomplishments.

What is your vision for AIESEC EIABC 15/16? What legacy would you want to leave behind?

Describe your leadership style? Explain how your style would be suitable for AIESEC EIABC in it’s current state?

Highlight your time commitment throughout the whole of next year (Academic or otherwise). Ideally, how much time should an LCVP give to his role?

GENERAL Q&A

since I`ve started participating actively in AIESEC, this big picture for my LC have been developing in my mind. LC which is not hidden in the shadows of other, instead LC which interacts / collaborates/ bonds with other LCs to create a very big glow of light to show others the way i.e. the way of greatness , so that AIESEC in Ethiopia will be full of great LCs those can contribute for AIESEC Global as role models to create as much impact as possible on the world`s society. And I believe this kind of LC will have the "perfect" members, the "right" talent capacity, high exchange numbers with quality experience and also can change the game of the entity. And this dear everyone this is what I envision for my LC, the legacy I want to live behind.

I believe that it is not a lie if I say I am a strategic leader. And adding my communicative and familytarian behaviors to my leadership style, it makes me the perfect person my LC needs as a president. This is because the current reality of the LC is in need of internal communication. i.e. one of the LC`s biggest problems is that we as LC members are not close enough as family and that is why we are disintegrated internally as well as externally. This behavior and leadership style of mine would solve problems/ issues highly.

Which 3 main trends do you see shaping Ethiopia in the next two years and what opportunities and threats theypresent for AIESEC Ethiopia and AIESEC EIABC?

GENERAL Q&A

And ideally I think an LCVP (EB) should give about 28-30 hrs per week for his/ her role. But that would not be enough for an EB to create/ have a very healthy LC. For this reason I believe that an EB should stay with his/ her team for every possible reason and every possible time so that we can create not only great LC with quality members but also a family who can share the sadness and sorrow as well as the happiness and joy of their life. And in this case we can have the most integrated LC with not only members of close friends but also a family.

1* Globalization :- This is one of the burning issues in the world currently ( not only in Ethiopia) People now a days are being influencing one another in the culture, language, technology, development and other different ways. And i believe we can use AIESEC to control the side effects of globalization like disappearance of culture of the " minority". Our exchange can solve this kind of problems of the world and Ethiopia and we can use globalization advantage to expand up our organizations wings and soar all over the world it will make the spread of our product delivery easy.2* our governmental strategies on entrepreneurship:- this i believe will have very big role on shaping our Ethiopia. our government is dealing with the biggest social / economic problem of our century. In case of unemployment because of luck of job opportunity. And as a solution our government is trying to produce as much entrepreneurial youth as possible. And I believe AIESEC is the best platform to achieve this. All our product s help our youth to have the entrepreneurial outlook needed. And this helps us to connect our governmental stakeholders and the youth.3* Environmental crisis:- as most of us know the world is in huge environmental crisis. Ethiopia is one of the top listed countries in Africa fighting this crisis. So we can use the positive and negative out comes of this environmental crisis fighting process as our opportuni-ties.

Looking at the past history of AIESE in EIABC, Pick 3 things that went well and went wrong (Start-Stop-Continue)

What does AIESEC give to the Ethiopia? And what should AIESEC give to the Ethiopia?

GENERAL Q&A

Three things that went well:-*creates youth who will try hard and even harder no matter how the situation gets tough. for this i can mention some EB members of the 14/15 term and also MCPe. This means for me is creating very influential leader of the future.*Great relationship with the campus/EiABC. and from this we can learn the wise utilization relation maintenance with stake holders. And I believe I can mention the impact show case event (which has great impact for this success) as an example. *Quality experience delivery for our interns and brought high NPS.Three things that went wrong*members education cycle (gap on the education cycle)*connection between members (internal communication gap)*financial crisis related to BD ( company partnerships) and IGCDP absence of diversified and sustainable projects.

From all the programs we deliver in AIESEC (GIP, GCDP, TLP & TMP) GCDP and TLP are the most influential and impactful program I saw the Ethiopian context. This two programs we (AIESEC) deliver the two best things Ethiopia is getting from AIESEC.Our GCDP (global community development program ) is giving a great advantage for our country both in the ICX and OGX phases we have been developing our youth by giving them the opportunity get out of their comfort zone and have a life time experience that can change their lives by them changing the lives of others through our global learning environment. And also for incoming global community development program we have been creating beautiful smile of kids on their faces, which they have lost only because of lack of good clothing, education and many others. and by using our platform we have been solving their problems and let them live the happy life they deserve.

GENERAL Q&A

On the other hand our TLP( team leader program) is playing very significant role on the Ethiopian youth. This will insure the sustainable future of Ethiopia as a country. Because this program of ours makes the youth to shape him/her self and also lets them know the quality of leadership they have. And one thing that I noticed is that AIESEC "creates great followers but also brilliant/ intelligent followers too" which our country lacks what most African countries lack. Even the people who are leading the country are always are up for leading the country no matter what the idea of the people is or no matter what he/ she thinks about their leadership they just want to lead us.In simple language I can say they are not good followers, not even close. For them leadership is the position rather than responsibility. But here in AIESEC . we are creating great leaders and brilliant followers. And this means a great future for our Ethiopia for this I can mention myself as an example.Although we`ve done a lot on the previous years, we`ve still a lot to do and more to capitalize on. We`ve still work on our TMP (team member program) because that should be the phase program where our members (AIESECers) understand about AISEC so that they can impact and influence Ethiopia for better and sustainable future.

Which 3 main trends do you see shaping the world in the next two years and what opportunities and threats they represent for the global organization and for AIESEC in EIABC?

Analyze AIESEC in EIABC in its current state. (Maximum 1 page, you may use SWOT analysis)

ROLE SPECIFIC Q&A

I've already mentioned the two trend on section three of the questioner, but just to keep the flow I putted them below.

Globalization :- This is one of the burning issues in the world currently ( not only in Ethiopia) People now a days are being influencing one another in the culture, language, technology, development and other different ways. And i believe we can use AIESEC to control the side effects of globaliza-tion like disappearance of culture of the " minority". Our exchange can solve this kind of problems of the world and Ethiopia and we can use global-ization advantage to expand up our organizations wings and soar all over the world it will make the spread of our product delivery easy. Environmental crisis:- as most of us know the world is in huge environmental crisis. Ethiopia is one of the top listed countries in Africa fighting this crisis. So we can use the positive and negative out comes of this environmental crisis fighting process as our opportunities.Advancement of technology:- The human brain is producing sophisticated and advanced technologies rapidly now a days. And it is obvious that we Africans are the last to use these advanced technologies. And it is also known that we Africans were the founders/cornerstones for the world's economic/social/technological growth. This implies that for every side effects of these technological/social/economic advancements, their solutions are hidden here in Africa too. So we can use our AIESEC platform to empower the African youth both psychologically and emotionally to find out these solutions and save the world from the total crisis we are in.

My home LC, LC EiABC, in its current state is in a very big deep problem. It is an LC which loses its legacy from the best LC to nothing, from the best OGX to nothing and finally in prohibition. We are suffering from the lack of members motivation and dedication. It is an LC which is hidden in the shadow cast of other LCs in every AIESEC conferences/activities.Even though we (our LC) are facing all these problems, we have never gave up, we are struggling to overcome these issues of us and for that I'm really thank full and proud of the EB 14/15. And I believe we can overcome te problems and achieve our goals. And that’s where we are heading.

Summarize what you envision for AIESEC in your entity for the 15/16 term. How would be your term contribute to asignificant evolution of AIESEC in EIABC’s history? Why you are the right person to lead this evolution?

ROLE SPECIFIC Q&A

Strength* Contact with the campus* EB motivation* EB knowledge

Opportunity* OGX market* Our promoters* The r/ship with the campus* The skills of our members (Graphic skill)

Weakness* Members motivation* Members tracking* Members education cycle* Controlled talent capacity* Synergy b/n portfolios

Threat* The very small no of detractors we have* Bad history with some other LCs

I envision for my LC to be the game changing LC. The LC which is concerned on all the issues of others (other LCs) and gener-ally the EY. I want it to be the LC which is willing to collaborate to solve its and other problems too. I want the LC to be owned by not only the EB but also the members too. So that we can achieve the maximum number we can reach on our exchange rate. I need my LC to be the LC With the most planned movements so that we can get an excellent and remarkable talent capacity achievements. My/Our LC is going to be the best LC in problem solving for us at the same time others. All I'm talking about is THE EAGLES, the LC with the best BD team standing to solve our financial problems/crisis, the LC which proacts to bring AIESEC in Ethiopia together to make it as one as a human body that functions perfectly. And all these things have a great influence, not only on the evolution of AIESEC in EiABC but also the entity. So obviously this evolution with these kind of influences will need a perfect person with the right vision to upgrade the evolution and increase its pace. That makes me the right qualified candidate to be evolution leader.

Considering the LCP Job Description, please outline 3 innovative ideas you would implement and which return on investment you would like to have from your ideas.

ROLE SPECIFIC Q&A

iGCDP

1) Strategic Leadership of the LC :- Every movement of the LC should be strategic and planned. And the LCP is responsible for the strategic thinking and direction of the whole LC. Even though this is the reality what I'm going to do is a bit different. I believe that all the strategies should be owned by the members more than the EB. That is what I'm trying to do in my strategy/application too. If the members own the strategy it would be easier to implement those things because the feeling of ownership is the best solution for most problems in our world. And to do this letting the members to participate would not be enough. The LCP should be hidden in the glow of the mem-bers so that at the end of the day the spot light should be on the members instead of him. In this way the members will be motivated enough to work/ participate in AIESEC, We can even nurture our successors too.

* According to the MCPe strategy, we are not going to do iGIP on LC level. So the eagles align their strategy with the MC to bring more collaboration with the MC to achieve AIESEC 2015.

Define the role of LCP in maximum 3 sentences.

What kind of LCP is needed for LC EIABC 2015/16? Describe the personalities and leadership styles in detailed and justify your answers.

ROLE SPECIFIC Q&A

2) Ensuring a healthy synergy between portfolios :- A healthy synergy between portfolios will lead an LC to a rapid growth on productivity and quality experience delivery. In order to achieve this, the first step is creating the bigger image of AIESEC in all members and then having one purpose as an LC so that we can work together towards it. Having the same bigger image and the same goal & purpose will drive us to be family so that finally it would be easy to synergize and achieve the goals. 3) Ensuring Members motivation Tracking and development:- This will help us to work on our retention rate. This we will have a very good talent capacity. And to guide our members tracking and development with a very good education cycle we have to have training camps in a regular time frame supporting/collaborating with other LCs.

An LCP is the heart beat/pulse of an LC with his strategy. He is the person who guides his members to the right way. And finally he is the one who represent his LC in different international platforms to get different opportunities from AIESEC platform.

Our LC needs an LCP who believes in himself, who can motivates others, who trusts his EB and the members even in the worst times. A person who is committed and dedicated enough for the things he believed in to do. Specially a person with a strategic leadership style instead of an operational one. And this is why I'm fit for this position. Also my communicative and familytarian/friendly behavior will support me in my term (15/16) as an LCP.

ROLE SPECIFIC Q&A

I would prefer to do iGCDP. This is because iGCDP will incorporate many other activities and advantages within it. Doing iGCDP first let us to make a direct impact on our society and this will help us to develop relationships or partnerships only by showcasing our impact. Another reason is that we can make the LC financially sustainable only by focusing on iGCDP because we can get different project partners with what we do. And finally we can promote our country Ethiopia to the outer world at the same time deliver a quality experience to our members through different exp's or activities like MAC, finance, project management sales…

As LCP you have to work with many stakeholders. How would you prioritize these stakeholders? List 3 most important in ascending order and justify.

Evaluate the current term MC-LC and LC-LC communications in AIESEC Ethiopia. In your opinion what can be done to improve these communications and relations? Write a 1 page of LC-LC collaboration project proposal.

ROLE SPECIFIC Q&A

As an LCP my first priority as a stakeholder are my members. This is because our members are the basis for all other activities we do with other stakeholders, the second stakeholder is going to be the EiABC campus. And this is because we already have a good relation with them. And we can use ther resources to boost our exchange numbers. Finally the stakeholder I'm going to focus on are the EP's and TN's. This is because AIESEC's core business is exchange and delivering quality experience on our exchange is our duty.

The current MC-LC communication reality is not that much of satisfactory as it has to be. It is easy to observe some significant gaps between the MC and the LC. In the case of our LC we have the great opportunity of the MC being in our campus. But our communication is not like we have that opportunity. And I believe the main reason for this is that our LC has been focusing on dealing with our reality problems instead of trying to work with the MC for further results. And at some point the MC's approach for an LC with this kind of reality was not appropriate and suitable.

So in order to solve the MC-LC communication gap the we as an LC should have the openness to let the MC in to the problems our us to give us solutions. and the MC should use different approaches for different LCs with different realities, in which case we can connect to each other in a way that we can go further to achieve more numbers with quality. On the other hand LC-LC communication was in quite bad hands until we get back from the fired up conference, 2015. As I observed LCs have the wrong perspectives about each other. We missed the whole oneness in AIESEC and be divided as if there are different "AIESECs" envision-ing different things. But now I can surely say I'm working on our situations to solve this problems and I'm seeing the fruit starting from the beginning. We are now trying to solve one another's problems by collaboration. Going to one another's LCMs and hangouts are helping us a lot to connect our mem-bers. And as a result I saw one of my VPs of 15/16 having a strategic meeting with the VPs of 15/16 of other LCs.

ROLE SPECIFIC Q&A

SAVE OURSELVES INITIATIVESAVE OURSELVES INITIATIVE is proposed by LC EiABC having the general idea of developing the LCs which are in critical conditions. The initiative is proposed starting by analyzing the situations of previous LCs (like LC Haramaya) were in. In the case of former LC Haramaya, we used to have very motivated members who even organized a national conference back those days. And after quite some time we started to lose members motivation and then the members themselves. The MC tried their best to improve the status of the LC but it was out of their capacity and control. and finally we lose a very strong LC with brilliant members. Losing the LC is a big deal for a person who can see things beyond where they are placed. It means losing tens of thousands of university students who could be impacted with our program. And now we saw that LC Mekelle is in the same process Haramaya passed through. So the whole idea of the SAVE OURSELVES INITIATIVE is preventing the entity from this kind of huge destructive loses. AIESEC in EiABC believes that to development of members is the basic/key thing to grow an LC or EY. And LCs in an healthy condition like AAU, EiABC, SOC, Hawassa, Unity can collaborate to put this to action. For this reason we are proud to make this call for you to collaborate with us and develop our members together and then let us volunteer to save our (AIESEC IN ETHIOPIA's) LCs from dying.PHASES OF THE INITIATIVEPHASE ONE- Collaborating to develop our members. [Organizing Training camps]PHASE TWO- Campaigning to recruit volunteer members to go to Mekelle and work on the third phase.PHASE THREE- Preparing a campaign in Mekelle that includes :- Recruitment, members training, members motivation...PHASE FOUR- Go to Mekelle and act on/do the campaign.

ROLE SPECIFIC Q&A

Evaluate the relationship between the LC and the Campus EIABC. Knowing the current reality what would you do differently to make AIESEC the best and number one choice partner in your campus? Propose a strategy to ease up your LC’s work

One of our opportunities as an LC is that our campus is very supportive on the thing we do. They have been supporting us on almost every-thing we do; events accommodations for our inters, projects... For these reasons I proudly say EiABC is one of our best stakeholders and we are in a very good relationship. And to make my /our LC the first choice partner of EiABC I have already started my job. From the meeting I'd with the managing director of the campus I realized that they want us to engage the students of EiABC in a visible way. So as a strategy for my term as an LCP I will work towards engaging not only students but also the staff of the campus so that we can get a remarkable attention from the mentioned stakehold-er. And another approach is collaborating and partnering up with student clubs (like student network) in the campus to get the initiative and dominant role on the development of the youth in the campus.

ENDORSEMENT LETTER FOR KIDUS YOSEPH

It is a great honor for me to endorse the candidacy of MR. Kidus Yoseph for AIESEC EiABC LCP for the 15-16 term.

I have known Kidus for the past year and I believe that he will make a competent LCP.

I got to know Kidus after the Fired Up conference of 2015. He has shown to be very open minded and ready for change. He has shown ample interest in my LC and how it operates. I have also seen him take interest in every other LC and the past and current state of AIESEC in Ethiopia. This will really help AIESEC EiABC in its way forward because the leadership will be of a wholesome type as he will have learnt from the success and mistakes of our leadership.

His other quality would be that he is ready to learn and let this experience make him into the best person that he could be. This is a sure way to ascertain a very good leadership as this experience will be fueled by his want and need to learn. I do expect big things from him.

With these capabilities and skills, I will like to endorse the candidacy of KidusYoseph for the role of LCP for AIESEC EiABC for the term 15.16.

If you have questions and concerns, do not hesitate to contact me at +251 913540767.

Sincerely,

Abel Gemechis MamoLCP 14.15 – AIESEC AAU
