Minutes transcribed by Claudette de la CruzNotes taken during the meeting by Beth Rosas and Claudette de la CruzPresentation by Jun Puno of the original Phased Development of the FCC:-completion of FCC as originally conceived will add storage space for costumes, props and others such as tables and chair, permanent exhibit space, board room and library, office spaces, foyer and circle drive entrance-discussion followed : should we consider building a second level addition instead of annexation ? rationale : valuable land use can be preserved if we are to consider commercial land lease to generate income to pay future mortgage , thus recommended for further discussion, as cost would be a major issue, could be double than what was originally con-ceived as a single floor plan.
