• Regularly Scheduled Series (Grand Rounds) must be entered into the Ethos system by July 1, 2014.
• Only enter series/sessions that will occur in FY15 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

New fiscal year = new series…
• For this fiscal year please remember to create an entirely NEW series in ETHOS. Do not add sessions onto last year’s Series that you created.– To do this click “ETHOSCE Admin” > “Create
Content” > “Series”• Remember to add the fiscal year onto the new series
name. – Example: Dermatology Grand Rounds – FY15

To export an enrollment report from a session that you created:
• Click the Enrollments tab and select the Administer tab (if not already selected)
• Participants who attended and submitted enrollment via SMS, as well as those manually enrolled, will be listed at the bottom of the screen
• Click the orange CSV button to export the list of participants

How do I delete a session within my series?
• Go to your series home page.• Select the session within the series that you want to
delete. • Click on “Edit” and scroll down to the very bottom of
the session page.• Click “Delete”.• Click “Delete” again to confirm.

What date should my series end?
• RSS Series should run for one fiscal year. July 1st-June 30th.
• Do not create sessions past June 30th of that particular fiscal year.

How do I find the SMS text code for each session?
• Open the session you would like to know the SMS code for.
• Click on the “Enrollments” tab and then click on the “Settings” tab.
• You will see the code listed under the section that says “SMS”.

How do I manually enroll someone into a session?
• Click on the session they are to be enrolled into. • Click “Enrollments” (on the gray bar) and then “Search
and Enroll”. • Look up a learner by First and Last name, email
address, or user ID. The participant MUST already have an account in ETHOS.
• Check the box next to that learner’s name, click “Enroll user” and then select “confirm”.
• Click on “Administer” under “Bulk Operations” in the drop down menu and select “Mark as Attended”.
