Based on a common platform of components, the BIELA concept offers a robust and modular design that is arranged to address the full spectrum of connecting rod machining operations.
By means of specific heads and clamping fixtures, the common, basic machine is transformed to perform each operation.

Different arrangements for different needsEtxe-Tar’s BIELA concept can be configured in a number of arrangements to meet your needs for flexibility and throughput.
Our T-, U- or I-shaped configurations allow you to take the option that best suits your production requirements
Modular design: the Biela concept series is composed of 2 modules. Using these modules, different configurations can be arranged.
Machining unit: 1 or 2 multi-spindle heads with independent X axes to reduce machine height. Each multi-spindle head provided with several rows of spindles.
Clamping fixture: over column with Y, Z axes.
