MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO TOOLS FOR THE MICROSOFT OFFICE SYSTEM(VERSION 4.0 RUNTIME)

 These license terms are an agreement between Microsoft Corporation (or based on whereyou live, one of its aliates) and you. Please read them. They apply to the software named

above, which includes the media on which you received it, if any. The terms also apply toany Microsoft

Microsoft reserves all other rights. #nless applicable lawgives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as e$presslypermitted in this agreement. n doing so, you must comply with any technical limitationsin the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways. 3. BACUP COPY. "ou may ma%e one bac%up copy of the software. "ou may use it only toreinstall the software.

4. DOCUMENTATION. ny person that has valid access to your computer or internalnetwor% may copy and use the documentation for your internal, reference purposes.

5. E6PORT RESTRICTIONS. The software is sub*ect to #nited +tates e$port laws andregulations. "ou must comply with all domestic and international e$port laws andregulations that apply to the software. These laws include restrictions on destinations,end users and end use. or additional information, see www.microsoft.com-e$porting.

7. SUPPORT SERVICES. ecause this software is /as is,0 we may not provide support

services for it.8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This agreement, and the terms for supplements, updates,

nternet!based services and support services that you use, are the entire agreement forthe software and support services.

9. APPLICABLE LAW.

10.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED <AS=IS.> YOU BEAR

THE RIS OF USING IT. MICROSOFT GIVES NO E6PRESS WARRANTIES,GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS. YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTSUNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS WHICH THIS AGREEMENT CANNOT CHANGE. TO THEE6TENT PERMITTED UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS, MICROSOFT E6CLUDES THEIMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE AND NON=INFRINGEMENT.

11.LIMITATION ON AND E6CLUSION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES. YOU CANRECOVER FROM MICROSOFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS ONLY DIRECT DAMAGES UP TOU.S. ?5.00. YOU CANNOT RECOVER ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDINGCONSE@UENTIAL, LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

 This limitation applies to

• anything related to the software, services, content (including code) on third party

nternet sites, or third party programs' and

• claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict

liability, negligence, or other tort to the e$tent permitted by applicable law.
