Our surfaces are widely used by premium panel

and profile manufacturers as the visible side of their

product. They perform as both long term protection

against environmental influences as well as

aesthetic solutions that make buildings stand out.

The coated reverse side of our metal is also

important. High quality pre-treatment and primer

application have a great influence on the functional

properties of panels.

Coil coating or pre-painting is the process of coating metal coils in a continuous and highly automated process, prior to

final fabrication steps. Advantages of coil coating are superior quality, a uniform paint layer and consistent colors. Next to this,

cleaning, pre-treatment and paint application are optimal in our coil coating facilities, leading to an unquestionable advantage

in panel durability and sustainability. An estimated 90% of roof and façade panels are coated using the coil coating process.

Architectural Coating type

The most important characteristics of coatings are

defined by the resin or coating type. We supply a wide

range of coating types in up to four layers. The right

choice of coating depends mainly on the environment of

the project. However, some aesthetic specialties like dual

tone-, transparent and textured finishes are only available

in specific coating types.

Color ranges

Solid and metallic colors are the standard paint

finishes in the market, but many more aesthetics

are possible. We offer a wide range of specialties,

from transparent to dual-tones and from mirror to

structured surfaces. You can find more details in

the individual brochures.

The ECCA Premium label, awarded by the European

Coil Coating Association, ensures the quality,

sustainability and aesthetics of pre-painted products

and building applications. Euramax manufactures

ECCA Premium certified coatings.
