#1 EURGBP D1 and H4 Short11th November 2013, 04:44 AM

Price is at D1 demand now but it is a CP countertrend demand, soD1 shorts against it are ok. There is a valid D1 CP supply to shortat, and also a H4 supply within it if a tighter stop is preferred.Comments are welcome please!

Good morning Ivan, This pair in in a nice down trend on the weekly,so I agree with your analysis. The only thing I don't like is the factthat we are right in the middle on every TF.

I agree with both comments. Now think about this one. This is amomentum trade on the weekly & 240 TF's so is a valid setup.However it depends on your rules. Do you take all valid levels oronly certain trade types i.e. if your more of a location or location &momentum trader then this is not for you. Good analysis by all.

I got triggered yesterday for this pair also.

Took the limit order on a D1 perspective since I do not see clearbasing on my H4 chart. The pair is in a strong down trend that's whyI plan to put my sell limit order on it.

So let's what will the market can give to us on this trade.

BTW, I have split 2 TPs on this trade. TP-1 is 2:1 RR ratio and TP-2is set on the next H4 Demand area within D1 demand area (SL notto be moved to BE).

Took 95 pips from the CP supply zone short , got out due toGBPUSD supply zone . Now short the GBPUSD .

Still in the EURGBP trade, struggled with the GBPUSD CP thoughwether to close it or not. I did the opposite of what you did. Closedthe GBPUSD and let the EURGBP run.We'll see.

Trange though that price on my chart only made 75 pips.
