help them achieve excellence in cluster management
Offer a self explanatory teaching methodology supported by
cases, that covers the needs to achieve the quality indicators selected and defined in the project

(manuals, teaching notes, audiovisual materials)
Development of reference case studies

Steps:
Objectives:
Create a European Club of Cluster Managers building on
existing cluster networks open to professionals
Implement the labeling scheme and peer-review procedure
for the quality label
Organize the ‘European Cluster Manager of the year award’ and yearly club events
Raise the recognition for cluster management as an attractive
profession
Spread the peer-review procedure among cluster managers
Promote the need of continuous knowledge acquisition and
training of cluster managers
