Call for proposals: JU ST/2015/RGEN/AG/ROLE

Having regard to Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union and repealing Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Financial Regulation') and in particular Article 133 thereof,Having regard to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29 October 2012 on the rules of application of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union (hereinafter referred to as the 'Rules of Application')2, and in particular Article 204 thereof,Having regard to Regulation No 1381/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme for the period 2014 to 20203, and in particular Article 4 (1) (c) thereof,

Whereas:(1) The Commission adopted the Commission Implementing Decision concerning the

adoption of the work programme for 2015 for the implementation of the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme4, which provides for a call for proposals to support transnational projects to promote good practices on gender roles and to overcome gender stereotypes in education, training and in the workplace.

(2) A call for proposals was published on the internet site of the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers under the reference JUST/2015/RGEN/AG/ROLE, which establishes the objectives and priorities and the admissibility, eligibility, exclusion, selection and award criteria;

(3) An Evaluation Committee was appointed pursuant to Article 204(1) of the Rules of Application in order to evaluate the applications submitted under the above mentioned call for proposals and to identify the proposals which may receive funding;

(4) The Evaluation Committee established an Evaluation Report which contains all the information required under Article 204(4) of the Rules of Application.

I hereby decide:

The proposals listed in Annex I to this Decision shall be awarded a grant under the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme - call for proposals JUST/2015/RGEN/AG/ROLE, up to the maximum amount indicated in that Annex. The overall amount of financing provided is 3,345,878.25 EUR.

The proposals listed in Annex II to this Decision shall be awarded a grant under the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme - call for proposals JUST/2015/RGEN/AG/ROLE, up to the maximum amount indicated in that Annex, subject to the availability of funds.

The proposals listed in Annex III to this Decision are not selected for financing under the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme - call for proposals
