In my magazine i have made it informal and a relaxed friendly feel, it is a juxtaposition to the stern front image i have used. On my contents page i have used words such as 'cool' 'awesome' 'tune' 'ace' which will relate to the younger readers.

For my double page spread article i have chosen my cover star to be again relaxed and friendly, being the opposite of the front image, however i have linked that stern persona back by saying how serious he is about the music. For research I read many British artist interviews mainly taking inspiration from Noel Gallagher and looked at the way they spoke and answered questions. Noel Gallagher is known for being a controversial person who also swears a lot/slates other artists, Noel Gallagher haters do not like this about him however Noel's fans find this what makes him great. As i wanted my magazine to be realistic and not fake i decided to base my character on Noel Gallagher in the way he speaks and jokes about, i thought that this type of chatty conversation would appeal to the audience.

In my article, Aidan occasionally swears, about 7 times in total ranging from 'crap' to 'bullshit', sometimes the swearing adds to the humour of things and makes it more memorable to the audience. The questions asked by the interviewer are of a chatty nature too asking some irrelevant questions such as 'do you have any superstitions?', the best line of the interview comes from the interviewer when they say 'we heard Adele likes to do 100 push ups' this is a jokey tone as Adele is known for being overweight therefore her doing push ups may be funny to the audience, it keeps them entertained.

All the content i have chose to put in my magazine is relevant and carefully picked, i have made sure that all of what has gone in has linked back to my genre of indie/british music therefore my main article is about the brit awards as well as every single musician/band featured in my magazine being of British origin. This is important as if they do decide to buy my magazine they are obviously interested in British music therefore the content inside must be about that, by keeping everything British the reader will approve. I also positioned the tag line 'CELEBRATING THE BEST OF BRITISH MUSIC' right at the top of my cover as this will be one of the first/only things they will be able to see on my magazine when it is on the shelf.

I have included a competition to win a holiday to Las Vegas which would be an attractive offer to the more older readers (21+) and probably appeal more to males.

I have kept the female readers attracted by featuring articles about 2 best friends taking the industry by storm, which hopefully they can relate to them because the friends i have chose to feature reflect the female audience.
