1. Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that Agility (Abu Dhabi) has documented means of evaluating compliance with relevant Environmental and OH&S regulations (legal requirements and other requirements) associated with its operations. This procedure covers identifying, correcting and preventing regulatory violations associated with the laws, regulations, and other requirements established at the local and country levels that apply to the operations of Agility (Abu Dhabi) as well as directions for supporting the Integrated Management System.

2. Scope

This procedure applies to all Integrated Management System activities relating to the company.

3. Objectives

This procedure aims to identify the mechanism for evaluating compliance to Legal requirements and other requirements applicable to Agility (Abu Dhabi) and its worksites.

5. Responsibility 5.1 The MR ensures the availability of the Legal and other requirements register at the

main office and at the worksites and shall monitor compliance to its requirements 5.2 MR and the Department Heads/ Section Managers shall ensure that all employees are

aware of regulations applicable to their operations including Agility (Abu Dhabi) IMS policies and standards and shall be accountable for compliance to legal requirements and other requirements in their areas of Responsibility.

5.3 The MR in coordination with the Department Heads and section managers shall ensure

that periodic evaluation is conducted to check compliance to the specific requirements of applicable regulations, including contractual environmental requirements

6. Procedure 6.1 Identification of legal & other requirements

The MR together with the Department Heads shall identify the regulations and other requirements applicable to their activities through visits with regulatory bodies and their websites and through review of contractual and other requirements they subscribe to.

6.2 Evaluation of compliance

The MR in coordination with the Department Heads, Section Managers shall evaluate compliance to legal and other requirements annually. The legal register, policies including contractual environmental requirements and industry standards shall serve as the basis for evaluation.

6.3 Reporting

The results of evaluation shall be documented and communicated to the Chief Operating Officer / Chief Executive Officer so that appropriate action can be implemented where ever required. Evaluation of compliance shall be conducted at least once in a year.
