Introduction

Vending machines are convenient for customer to buy the favorite beverages.

However, sometimes, some favorite beverages are empty before service man’s inspection.

Objectives

Increasing the customer’s satisfaction.

Increasing the profit of vending machines.

Reducing of the shortage of beverage by inspection / maintenance.

Scope of problem

Vending machines for beverage can only.

Four vending machines at mechanical buildings in PNU have close relationship of

movement of customer.
