Philadelphia Polycold’s fast cycle water vapor cryoputnps super- charge vacuum systems and maximize vacuum uptime. Throughput increases and the vacuum deposition perfor- mance is enhanced by removing water vapor quickly in the chamber at speeds up to 200,000 L/set. Polycold water vapor pumping enhancement is easy to install and has the pumping equivalency of three or more helium cryopumps. Stokes vacuum coating systems are preengineered in several standard sizes, which meet most of the decorative and functional coating market require- ments. Custom designed units and in-line systems are also available for special requirements. Functional coating applications include Stokes Tri-Coat, a mul- ticoating process for automotive lighting and Stokes EM1 coating with continuous wire feed to provide shielding against Electra Magnetic Interference (EMI) for cellular phone housings, CPU enclosures, and computer keyboard/monitor covers. Stokes’ coating systems use the latest technology, including solid state digital controls to make operation simple. Existing system upgrades are available either as field conver- sions or complete rebuilds at the Stokes factory. A complete line of spare parts and qualified service technicians are available on short notice. The Series 945 operates the SensaVac Series 315 Pirani Gauge with a measurement range of 10e3 to 100 Ton: The 945 controller includes LED digital read- out, two adjustable setpoints with LEDs, and analog output. Measurement units available are Torr, mbar, Pascal, or microns. The Series 315 Pirani Sensor is rugged, can withstand harsh environments, and is de- signed to meet UHV standards. The temperature-com- pensated sensor tube can be installed in any position and is altitude insensitive. HPS 315 sensors are factory calibrated to be interchangeable.
