4. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
4.1 PRIMARY TREATMENT Pre-treatment of effluent will be carried out in continuous process. Treated effluent will be transferred
to MEE storage tank.
4.2 STRIPPER COLUMN Packed stripper column with random packing is selected for stripping of the solvents. Solvent like
methanol, ethanol, acetone, IPA (mixed Solvents) etc shall be stripped out and recovered for further
use.
Effluent from the Stripper Column will be fed to Quadruple Effect Forced Circulation Evaporation

4.3 QUADRUPLE EFFECT EVAPORATION PLANT Stripper column outlet 2250 kg/hr @ 9.6 % TDS shall be transfer to MEE.
Concentrate outlet from of 40% TDS will be fed to ATFD for solid Recovery 4.4 ATFD ATFD shall be used for Evaporation of solid with 5% moisture.
4.5 BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT MEE and ATFD condensate will send to the biological treatment. After pretreatment of Low TDS
stream Effluent will mix with the condensate from MEE. Mixed Effluent will feed to the biological
treatment.

9.COST & ECOMONICS
Here we have expressed the commercial aspect of the Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Erection
and Commissioning of Zero Liquid Discharge as per the Technical Specification and Scope of work
declared in the preceding clauses or points.

10.TERMS AND CONDITION DELIVERY:
We will deliver the equipment within 4 Months from the date of receipt of technically and
commercially clear purchase order along with requisite advance.
The delivery period indicated above is subject to force major conditions stipulated below and also
subject to buyer fulfilling his obligations in time as per contract.
Approvals of drawings/design calculations, if any, should be given within 7 days of submission. In the event the work is delayed on account of the above reasons, the completion time shall be suitably extended PAYMENT TERMS:
50 % advance along with technically and commercially clear purchase order. 45 % payment against Performa invoice prior to dispatch against inspection 5 % payment within 15 days against successful commissioning of the system
TAXES: Excise: 12.5 % CST : 2 % Against C form
INSURANCE:
Transit insurance and storage & erection insurance will be paid by Client.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be paid by paid by Client.
COMPLETION:
Erection, Commissioning and handing over of the plant shall be construed as completed as
detailed below:
COMMISSIONING:
The plant shall be considered as commissioned on attaining the required water output and quality
for maximum 3 runs/cycles jointly witnessed/demonstrated. Minor corrections, modifications like
leakages, component rectification, etc. not affecting commissioning shall be completed later.
Buyer shall also engage personnel’s required to operate and run the plant continuously, as per the
instruction of the seller. During this process it is important for these personnel to get trained in the
operation of the plant.
In case the buyer is not able to provide/consistent characteristics of the incoming treated effluent
for a period of three months after commissioning of the plant, due to which seller is unable to
demonstrate the plant performance results, then it is deemed that the seller has completed all his
obligations as per the contract.
HANDING OVER:
The plant shall be considered as handed over to client once the commissioning runs/cycles have
been completed as referred above.
VALIDITY: The offer is valid for 30 days.
GUARANTEE/WARRANTEE:
The equipment supplied is guaranteed for
(i) a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning.
(ii) start of regular operation of the plant
(iii) 18 months from the date of last major supply, whichever is the earliest of the three events.
Equipment Guarantee is valid against defective workmanship and /or poor performance of the
system only. Our liability is limited to repair or replace the defective / non performing items at our
discretion. Equipment Guarantee is not valid for claims relating to routine / normal wear and tear.
Also supply of consumables and spares for regular operation of the system is not in our scope nor is
covered by any Guarantee / Warrantee.
The guarantee is also subject to following conditions:
1. Buyer is adhering to instructions as mentioned in system performance warranty annexure.

2. Buyer is using spare parts and consumables recommended by us.
3. Buyer is taking care of preventive maintenance as suggested by us.
4. Buyer is maintaining operation and maintenance data / records/ logs sheets and the same is
made available whenever asked for by us. Normally we recommend sending records every
15 days by courier or e-mail to us.
5. Chemicals and consumables required for day-to-day operation are not covered under the
Guarantee/Warrantee.
STATUTORY VARIATION:
Any change in Govt., duties levies, taxes or policies having direct effect on our above quoted
prices will be at buyers account for which documentary evidence will be submitted on request.
