From an on-site events management team to state-of-the-art AV technology, each space comes set up and tested with free unlimited Wi-Fi access, complimentary tea and coffee and bespoke catering. You’ll have everything you need to stay connected and refreshed.

The Bright Building opens the door to a wide programme of events and interactions, acting as a central hub for the wider MSP community. Complete with a café, fitness studio and large social space perfect for a range of events, this is a place where people can connect, collaborate and share ideas.

The ground floor atrium and outside garden provides space for both formal and informal events, allowing you to meet, socialise and relax. For larger events, the atrium can hold up to 200 people for conferences, events, workshops and exhibition space.

From concept to event delivery, the team at the Bright Building will work with you to make sure your event runs smoothly, from customer experience, logistics and AV management to food and refreshments.

Whether you need bespoke catering for your event or just a tasty snack inbetween meetings, our in house chefs from Friska work with ethically sourced produce, to serve delicious, fresh and healthy food all day long.

Greenheys atrium is the ideal venue for a variety of events, including workshops, conferences, hackathons and socials.

Blending quirky design features and flexible layouts, the Atrium provides practical space and charm. Designed to hold up to 80 people in theatre-style surroundings, the space is supported by our on-site team, who can help you plan out every detail of your event.

From setup, to catering and promoting your event to our network of 300 companies, we’ll help you take care of everything.

And if you need fresh ideas to help your event run hassle-free, our events team will be happy to help out.

Our individual meeting rooms are designed to adapt, holding up to eight people in a single boardroom arrangement, or up to 36 people in our combined meeting rooms, complete with folding walls.

Free tea, coffee and snacks will be on hand throughout your meeting, with our reception team there to help with any extra requests you may have. You’ll also have access to the latest AV technology including telepresence videoconferencing provided by Cisco.

CITYLABS

Citylabs is a joint venture between MSP and Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CMFT) which aims to create biomedical centres of excellence close to CMFT’s extensive clinical facilities.

The Citylabs campus benefits from excellent transport links, a multi-storey car park and co-location with Manchester’s key knowledge institutions, students, graduates, businesses and clinicians.

With a proven demand for Citylabs 1.0, we have partnered with CMFT to drive forward two new developments, Citylabs 2.0 and 3.0. The wider campus will total over 320,000 sq ft, equipped with flexible modern space for events, meetings and conferences, on site retail facilities, and outdoor shared space.

Citylabs is located at the heart of Europe’s largest clinical academic campus, making it the ideal place to take advantage of Manchester’s unique assets and collaboration opportunities.

If you’re looking for a flexible event space that can accommodate any combination of meeting rooms, breakout spaces, conference rooms and exhibition area, then Citylabs 1.0 is for you.

We’ve held everything from choir performances, product launches, and multiple conferences, to one hour events and VIP dinners.

Our main conference space can hold up to 150 people - with three rooms able to open up into one, whilst the atrium can be tailored for up to 100 people.

With a dedicated bar area and on-site kitchen to provide any catering or refreshments you might need, our conferencing space opens out into a stunning glass atrium, ideal for networking, while a stage, projector, TVs and microphones guarantee a flawless presentation.

Plus, if you need a hand with anything at all, our events team will be more than happy to lend a hand.

Citylabs 1.0 is home to three intimate meeting rooms; each equipped with a presentation screen and white boards. These spaces seat up to eight people, with the latest teleconferencing technology to make connecting easy.

The recent two-stage upgrade of state-of-the-art technology and interior design cements Alderley Park’s position as an international conferencing venue of note.

Featuring tiered seating and a generous stage for debates and lectures, the Conference Centre is home to the Nucleus Auditorium, holding up to 232 people.

Perfect for high profile events, the space comes with a full complement of audio-visual equipment, including data and video projection, handheld and lapel microphones, lecterns and a built-in sound system.

The Auditorium also connects to 2,600 sq ft of breakout space bathed in natural daylight and suited to catering, exhibition or networking for a variety of sizes.

A wide variety of catering is available from our team of award-winning chefs ranging from tea, coffee and biscuits through to canapés, buffets and fine dining.

Alderley Park’s seven Helix and Vision meeting rooms can accommodate between 10 to 150 people.

Combined, they provide a flexible meeting space for up to 150 people. Each room offers a multifunctional set-up, from theatre to boardroom, classroom or cabaret style.

Light, spacious and presentation-friendly, each comes equipped with modern furniture, projector screens, flip charts and Wi-Fi connections. With flexible breakout spaces, PA equipment, projection screen and acoustic walling, each room adapts to your precise needs.
