Reservations: To secure your booking for any of the events listed, we willrequire a £10.00 per person non-refundable deposit. Bookings will be heldfor 14 days without deposit then a £10.00 non-refundable deposit is payable. Please note we will release bookings without prior notice if deposits remainunpaid. Full payment is due at least 21 days (3 weeks) before the event.

We can cater for special dietary requirements, these must be received 14 days prior to the event. We take individual diet needs seriously and try to be as flexible as possible, the Chef also offers an alternative subject to pre-order.For details of our Allegan policy please email [email protected]

Tables: Seating at all events is cabaret or trestle style, but if you would like to book a table exclusively for you and your friends, you will need a minimum of 10 guests in your party.

Dinner: Unless otherwise stated, dinner is a 3-course meal and will be served from 7.30pm – 8.15pm depending on the event. We will confirm the time at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made less then 7 days before the event. Holiday Inn Norwich-North reserve the right to cancel or change events without prior notice. Function rooms may also be changed due to the nature of the business without prior notice. Artists may also change, again without prior notice.

Once final payment has been received for events, no refunds or credit willbe given for cancellations.
