Westlands is one of the South West’s favourite meeting places. With a convenient location, superb facilities, friendly and efficient service and ample parking our venue is the perfect place to hold your event. Whatever your event entails our highly experienced team will help you plan every detail.

Our function rooms are well known for hosting events from our large Ballroom to our more intimate meeting rooms. Westlands Entertainment and Conference Venue is home to a number of spaces with the flexibility to suit any occasion. Our superb facilities have free parking, excellent free wifi throughout the building and are fully accessible. We can offer breakout rooms and our catering team will adapt menus to suit your taste. Our friendly staff are on site to ensure your event runs smoothly.

The Ballroom is one of the largest spaces in the South West. Our prestigious Ballroom is equipped with excellent audio and visual equipment, comfortable seats and flexible layout options.

The Wheeldon Suite is our flexible meeting space with soundproof dividers that mean the room can be split into three smaller spaces.

The Parish Suite is located on the first floor and is a spacious meeting room.

The Lounge Bar is a modern and open space perfect for welcoming guests to your event and inviting them to relax or network in-between events. It can be booked for exclusive use by negotiation.
