SECURITY
Marriott São Paulo Airport Hotel is not responsible for the security of valuable objects and works, arts or equipments left in booths and/or in other meetings rooms or by leaving objects exposed in the rooms rented by the client. For exclusive security service, the client has to provide its own staff. If the client or exhibitor hires third party security service, the Security Management of the hotel must be contacted of coordination, delivering a complete employees list of the third party security service, along with the necessary documentation of each person hired and a copy of the agreement regarding the service.
ENERGY
The meeting rooms is provided with tension 110V / (220V - upon request).
MEETING ROOMS CONSERVATION
The rooms floors cannot be signed, cut or painted. Prior authorization form the Events or Sales Management has to be requested in order to support, to hang, to tie or to put any kind of material, paper or product at walls, doors or roofs of any room, foyer or public areas. Banners, promotional and collateral material of the event must be restricted to the area rented by the client.
PAYMENT POLICY
Billing: only for clients with credit approved in the chain, with pre-approval of the amount by the Accounting Department. Client with no credit approved: must submit pre-payment via credit card, according to terms of payment defined between client and hotel. Credit card debit authorization form must be filled in and sent out.
MATERIAL
The only entrance for loading/unloading material, equipment and booth building staff is through the service door/receiving dock. All of other hotel entrances are prohibited. The exit authorized for material, goods, equipments and products is through the receiving dock. All of other exits are prohibited from receiving any material without prior authorization of the hotel security.

FIRE HIDRANTS AND FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
The rooms, “foyer”, public areas and general areas are equipped with smoke detectors, sprinklers, fire hydrants and fire extinguishers at strategic points. Any kind of building which compromises security measures and cords in front of emergency exits are prohibited.
PERSONNEL POLICY
The personnel entrance and exit hired for building must be through the service door, where “Events” ID badges are to be delivered to security staff. Snacks, beverages and persons on alcohol condition or on possession of firearms will not be allowed to enter and remain in the hotel, as well as building staff who are not properly identified, dressed and cleaned.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
As for security matters, entrance of food and beverage is not allowed in the hotel.
SOUND, LIVE MUSIC AND AMBIENT MUSIC
If any ambient music is played or any live music is performed in the meeting rooms of the hotel during an event or meeting, the client or equivalent services provider must provide the hotel necessary documentation and payment receipt submitted by ECAD (local company responsible for music copyrights), according to current law (# 5.988). For live music performances, documentation related to musicians license are also required at OTM (Ordem dos Músicos do Brasil).
